Sledup.com ships orders with USPS, Canada Post, Nationex, Couriers Plus, UPS, FedEx, DHL and Purolator. All orders will shipped within 1-3 business days unless item is not in stock or on back order (excluding weekends and holidays, and special order items). If the items (s) are not in stock Sledup.com will call you and inform you within 3 business days. If you select express shipping your order will ship in most cases the same day if ordered before 10am eastern standard time, if ordered after 10 am eastern standard time it will ship the next business day before 4pm. International shipping rates vary on a on order basis. Orders being shipped outside of Canada or the USA will be quoted on an on order basis. A customer service representative will call, email or send you a message from our internal message board on our website. Flat rate shipping does not apply outside of Canada and sometimes USA. FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO OUT OF BOUND SHIPPING AREA'S EG. FERRY SERVICE, AIR SERVICE ETC. WE WILL CALL YOU WITH THE SHIPPING CHARGES. Sledup.com can refuse the FREE SHIPPING offer if the package is outside of the dimensional weight and size guidelines put out by our selected shipping company.
